Q. Is Nightmare on Martha Ave Scary?
A. Of Course!! Nightmare on Martha Ave has something to send cold chills down everyone's spine. Last season we had dozens of people chicken out, pee their pants, and cry and this year we are even more intense.
Q. How long does it take to go through?
A. Everyone goes through at a different pace. Some people like to take their time and look at everything, while others run through with their eyes shut. The average time is about 15-20 minutes depending on your pace.
Q. Can we get a refund if we cannot make it through?
A. No. There are no refunds for any reason. Remember, you wanted to be scared, that's what you will get. Consider it a donation, if you do not make it through.
Q. Is there any restrictions on age?
A. We do not have any age restrictions. However, Nightmare on Martha Ave is not recommended for children under the age of 10. All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Q. Is the Haunt open if it rains?
A. Absolutely! Nightmare on Martha Ave is located inside a huge facility. The waiting area is covered as well as the concession stand and ticket window.
Q. Is Nightmare on Martha handicap accessible?
A. Yes, every part of the attraction is handicap accessible. Anyone that would like to tour the attraction and requires any additional assistance needs to let the ticket office know.
Q. Once we've paid for our entrance can we go through multiple times?
A. No. Each paid admission is good for one time through the haunt.
Q. Is the Haunt the same as last year?
A. No. We make changes to the haunt every year. You might see some similar rooms, but the haunt changes every year.
A. NO! Our actors are trained not to touch any customer for any reason. Actually it's just the opposite customers are constantly touching the actors and props. You will not be grabbed or touched by any actors unless it's an accident, which does happen. In return, we ask that you do not touch the actors or the props.

Q. What time does the haunted house usually open?
A. Ticket sales will start approximately 15 minutes prior to the doors actually opening. The haunt is scheduled to open at 7:00 pm.
